We are a local tribe of busy women who come together because we share a vision of creating our BEST life and becoming the BEST version of ourselves, inside and out! Our weekly group fitness sessions keep us moving towards our goals, but we also engage in regular mindset strategies for success, group accountability along with goal-setting, and regular challenges to keep us motivated. Nutrition workshops and regular group fun times (like stand-up paddle boarding) happen as well, because we are all about doing life together.
